• Health Assistant: Automated summaries of health data, including prescription and laboratory analysis.
• Medical File Processing: AI-powered analysis of medical files, such as images, videos, and reports.

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use the App. Healthcare professionals must be licensed and authorized to practice in their respective jurisdictions.

4. User Responsibilities

Patients:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Ensure that you have the necessary rights or permissions to upload the data to the App.

Doctors:

• Use the platform responsibly for patient care and only upload data with patient consent.

5. Privacy and Data Security

The App complies with applicable laws, including Privacy Laws. All data is encrypted during storage and transmission to ensure confidentiality. Your data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Usage Restrictions

7. AI-Powered Features

The Medical File Processing feature leverages AI technologies to provide insights. These insights are supplementary and not a replacement for professional medical advice. Users must verify AI-generated summaries and analyses with a qualified healthcare professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to maintain high standards, the App:

• Does not guarantee 100% accuracy in data storage, summaries, or AI analyses.
• Is not liable for any decisions made based on the data or insights provided.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
